This workshop addresses issues that will help you develop skills necessary to move through blocks in your life and guide you to consciousness of your higher self and spiritual guidance.

We spend so much time in our minds, in our heads, doing meditation will bring your consciousness into your heart and center you in your body. Expressing from your heart brings your personality into a finer relationship with your mental, emotional and physical selves so they can work as a team for your highest good. Connect to the divine spark within you and learn how to align yourself with the love of great spiritual masters.

We are all protected by a guardian angel yet we are so caught up in the every day physical demands of our lives that we often fail to recognize the guidance and our ability to tune into it.

This day will consist of:

• understanding the four archangels,
• opening the portals to the four directions,
• learning how to do and give angel readings
• untying the knots in our bodies with the help of the angelic beings
• understanding the ability to read the energies surrounding us and pay attention to the messages we are receiving from those who have passed on
• and learning to keep that energy alive in ourselves
