After many successful years working in retail sales and marketing, Lilly White
realized that she was increasingly drawn to helping others fulfill their highest
potential. After studying with such experts as Caroline Myss, Dr. Doreen Virtue and
Dr. Mario Martinez, Lilly moved to Almonte and opened her White Light Retreat
at 237 Christian St. in Almonte ON.

Lilly has truly created a "Retreat for the Soul" in her lovely and serene location,
where she uses techniques like one-on-one mentoring, deep relaxation, astrology, archetypes and reiki to help people work through personal, family, financial and
health issues. She also owns the only Trinity Table in Canada- it is one of 35 in
the world. Lilly's goal is to give others access to the tools they need to develop
their sense of self worth and natural creativity. She is overjoyed to find that she
had moved to such a creative community - she describes Almonte as a town
that "dances in joy"
