Deep Introspection.
November can be a time of deep introspection. The air is chilled, the sky is grey and part of us wants to retreat within. In Native tradition Nov 23- Dec 21 is what is known as the Long Night Time. This can be very challenging time for most of us, as the earth slows down we are given the opportunity to go within and question our direction in life, to question our goals, our intent, and our visions.
One morning in Chicago last week as my roommate and I were awakening we saw an owl sitting perched on a ledge. We were on our way that day to the tapping of “Entering the Castle”, with Caroline |

Myss. Now that I look back on the experience, I am able to see that the owl was symbolic of the Wisdom we were about to receive. This wisdom can sometimes be hidden under the light that shines in our own darkness. . When we awake from our dream of illusion we enter into a state of grace that only Caroline can articulate. When Caroline’s book “Entering the Castle” and CD is made available in March my hope for you is that you are drawn to purchase her work and begin the journey into your true self. It is indeed wondrous.
For those of you that are doing your Archetype work, perhaps you will use this sacred time to come to understand that your archetypes are the bridge between your ego and your soul.
It is in this space this season of journeying within that you have the opportunity to be still and hear God’s voice. Angels are the messengers of God, and the arms to God, May you fall in alignment with their peace, their grace and be still long enough to understand that you are holy.
Yes, life is still happening around us. YOU can make a difference, go within long enough to hear God’s calling and send that message out. It does not have to be something glamorous or huge beyond measure, it can be as simple as a whisper of hope for humankind. God hears all. Live in the light of who you are. Know Thyself.
