ANGEL OF PRESENCE/PRESENTS

This is the month of exchange of energy among you.

Once upon a time, you lived in the NOW with thoughts of your past and future. Time being in this moment, the present , embrace it now so you can enjoy the Presents you give each other this season.

This form of exchange has been passed down through the ages as a shower of respect, graditude and honouring of yourselves-no need to clutter yourselves or your mind with things that do not serve you this moment.

This exchange can be the simple pleasure of acknowledging the light within those who are near, those at a distance or those you are thinking about.

The Gift of the present is breathing and opening yourself to all life is, breathing in the moments, the wisdom that enters you as your breath flows through your bodies. Breathing in NOW.

This Presence awakens you with a freedom to be - to be attentive to yourslef and to one another. Breathe in. Fill up. Go forth with Love. Serve. Be.
